When the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the shipment in which you will find the link to track the delivery.
Delivery takes place between Monday to Friday.
For the Italian market, the express courier will always make 3 delivery attempts to the destination address.
For the international market, the express courier will make 1 delivery attempt. If there is no person at the time of collection, the goods shall be taken to the courier's place of business. It shall be up to the Customer to collect the parcel, otherwise the goods shall return to the Seller after 7 days. It is therefore necessary to indicate a place that is always manned as the delivery address.
